  150. You send a number of discs (however many you want filled) and 
  151. Jamie will send you the program/s that you want. He charges #1 to 
  152. cover post and packing. This is only so if the disc you send 
  153. contains PD which Jamie has not got in his catalogue and which he 
  154. can use to expand his library. If you send a blank disc send an 
  155. extra 50p.

  189. I've decided to collect daft programs, 'cos I'm sad I suppose.
  190. Everyone has - or has seen - state of the art programming techniques,
  191. well I want the complete opposite. It's difficult to explain what I'm
  192. looking for so I'll describe one of the programs - actually this is
  193. the only program I have at the moment so I really need assistance.
  194.  
  195. It's a program by SyD, it moves an odd coloured ball onto the screen
  196. at irregular intervals and moves it in a straight line. Very strange.
  197. When you press the space bar (or any of a number of keys) a silly
  198. message is displayed. Even stranger.

  200. This program has no use, it's not entertaining (well not much), it is
  201. in a nutshell stupid and pointless. And I want *More* of the same. So
  202. please - send me your idioticlly strange, bizarre, totally wierd
  203. programs to me. Any size, any language. I'm hoping to compile a disk
  204. full of these programs - so please help.

  275. Most of our titles are availible from PD librarys such as Floppyshop, 
  276. Jewel PD,  LAPD, and Merlin PD selling at around #3.00 a title but as 
  277. we don't have their overheads we can sell the titles for a bit less.

  279.                WHY ARE WE CALLED SILLY SOFTWARE

  281. The  reason we have such a name is because we believe it  stands  out 
  282. from the rest of the other money grab....errm,  companies.  Also  all 
  283. our  titles have a comical intro and we incorperate some humour  into 
  284. our games to make them more interesting.

  286.                 WANNA MAKE A BIT OF CASH BUDDY

  288. We here at Silly Software are always looking for new titles to add to 
  289. our  list.  Maybe you have written something and you'd like  to  make 
  290. some money out of it.  You could release it as licenceware under your 
  291. own  name  but a company name like ours sticks out and  therefore  we 
  292. could get more royalties.  If we accept your title then we will offer 
  293. you one of our titles free to replace your disk and we will add it to 
  294. our list and send it to the librarys.  We would prefer the game to be 
  295. on one disk with about 80,000 bytes free so we can stick an intro  on 
  296. it. We will then discuss payments with you. All we take is 20p of the 
  297. sales of each disk and title and you get the full payment as we don't 
  298. think its fair for us to make a profit out of your hard work. The 20p 
  299. a disk charge is used to pay our costs such as duplication costs.
  300.  
  301. The titles  must  be of high quality and with  quality  graphics  and 
  302. gameplay.  It is important that we stock such titles in order to keep 
  303. a good name. Anyway titles found to be hacked from other sources will 
  304. be removed from the list and you will lose all royalties on it. So if 
  305. you  have  a title you would like to release through us  then  please 
  306. send it in so we can have a look and get back to you.

  315. An  excellent point and click graphic adventure.  You  are  Detective 
  316. Sargent  Silly  and have been sent to Mobsters City  to  destroy  the 
  317. gangsters and get the twelve pieces of map leading the way to the Big 
  318. Bosses  Hideout.  Seek the gangster and challenge him to  a  shootout 
  319. behind  the  pub then shoot him or blow him up  with  grenades.  Play 
  320. pontoon  and talk to the characters or just chat up the  barmaid  and 
  321. get drunk.  This is a popular game and its very funny with  excellent 
  322. graphics and gameplay.  The game is very random so its different each 
  323. time you play. A good laugh and enjoyable.

  327. SILLY 2: STOS Graphic Adventure Creator (version 2.01)

  329. A  powerful  easy to use package which allows STOS  users  to  create 
  330. their own mouse controlled graphic adventure games.  Two programs  do 
  331. all the hard work leaving you to concerntate on the interesting bits. 
  332. A large on disk manual takes you step by step through creating a game 
  333. which  is  set  out in such a way it can be  used  by  beginners  and 
  334. expert  programmers.  Some  programming is involved  but  the  manual 
  335. explains exactly what to do.  Create your own top quality games in  a 
  336. short time quickly and easily. The package shows you how to create on 
  337. screen zones and other interesting features.  Now completely  updated 
  338. and rewritten. A sample demo game called Grannies Garden is included.

  342. A  five  disk  collection  of SPL samples put  together  by  James  L 
  343. Mathews for Silly Software.  There are over 450 samples in this pack 
  344. for use with Noisetracker, Protracker....etc, including bass, string,

  346. intro but its not silly. All samples may be used in your mods without

  352. Three  games on one disk.  Murder on the Diary Express,  a STAC  text 
  353. only adventure.  You play Detective Sargent Silly and your mission is 
  354. to  discover and arrest the man who's been murdering the  milkmen.  A 
  355. very  funny  game with lots of puzzles.  Grannies  Garden,  the  full 
  356. version of the SGAC game. Grannies grandchilden have been captured by 
  357. the wicked witch at teatime.  Can you solve the puzzles,  destroy the 
  358. witch,  and  rescue  the children in this  mouse  controlled  graphic 
  359. adventure.  Very funny with brilliant graphics.  Silly Reels, a fruit 
  360. machine game, make money or lose it all. An interesting game with nice 
  361. graphics and sound.

  547. moment. It features excellent graphics by Ian Wilkinson of professional 
  548. software design fame (who worked for Ocean for a period). It features 
  549. absolutely fabulous Noise Tracker v1.5 music, whilst also featuring a 
  550. complete in game tune. Thats right, not a second goes by in this game
